arini dtg lab awal gak...seblom 10 pagi dh sampai.tu pun sebab nk kena pi post opis.on the way balik sempat sggah ATM jap..xde lg duit skolar.semalam dah masuk duit tesis..plik tul..masukkan lah semua skali.dah malas dh nk check tetiap ari mggu ni.semalam dah siap setup alat eksperimen baru.yatto dekita.pasni leh la wat eksperimen.at the end of the month i got a research presentation.that will need lots of data and now i have non.maybe i have to stay late at lab this coming 2 weeks.no World Cup match last nite..but i stay up late till 2 watching Wimbledon.the match of M.Sharapova vs. A.Smashnova.Sharapova smashed Smashnova 6-2 6-0.an easy game for the russian.another game was between A.Roddick and J.Tipsarevic of SCG.i only watched the first set which won by Tipsarevic...a very good interesting match.after all Roddick won 4 set to 1 after 3 hours.wow.

i'm planning to host dinner this Saturday night.this are the recipes:

3. Grilled Chicken Green Salad
4. Cheesecake with Cherry Sauce & Turkish Vanilla Icecream

the dessert are not final yet..depends what dia want:Cheesecake or Choco Cake.it's been a long time since the last Chocolate cake or Cheeseake. the last time we had dinner i bought Lady Borden vanilla icecream for dessert.and maybe i'll order in pizza while watching ENG-POR which i really hope that ENG will win with a quality play.

i'm sooo sad heartbroken devastated today.my favourite team ESP lost to FRA.with their strong superb magnificent perfomance and from what i think lame-ass perfomance from FRA in the group league(i think FRA should consider lucky to even be in the knock-out phase),i thought ESP could have won that match..easily.i'm so so sooo devastated.this is the first time i put soooo much emotion in soccer.i fell in love with ESP when watching their first match vs. UKR  (they won by 4 to nil)i love the goal from Torres..no team could ever top that.that was amazing.it was perfect.i was like wow wow wow WOW.i will miss u ESP.fyi this is the first team that i ever remember the whole major 11 men's name (i dont care for benchwarmers..so they are not in count..except Reyes..i knew him from Arsenal).i dont even know half the 1st squad of ENG(i'm a fan of ENG too since ages).i will miss u Torres,D. like i predicted they won but after a long tiring game.i thought they could win it easy.but wow..it's either their play had drop or the Aussie was good.with a 10 men squad they managed to next round.i love their uniform...blue with gold..totally cute(dont u gilrs think that italian men are hot..plus the foods are delicious too)..italy's soccer jersey is in my shopping list along with Arsenal's blackcurrant/gold jersey.Italy will meet Ukraine for the quarterfinal.i'll say Italy will win.

but ukraine won the penalty kick UKR 3-0 SUI.this is tricky match.i didnt watch any SUI match before and the only UKR match i watched was with ESP..they lost to spain 4-0.

another story..last nite dinner review---it was OK.cookie was fine.they loved my bread&butter marmalade pudding...(i made 2 dessert last nite..cream corn pudding & bread&butter marmalade pudding)

RECIPE(this is dedicated to Ton..my beloved bestfriend.)

CREAM CORN PUDDING

1 cup cornstarch/cornflour/tepu ng jagung(boleh gak if nk guna 1/2 tpg jagung 1/2 tpg kastad)

2 cups fresh milk/thick coconut milk( i used coconut milk when i'm in Malaysia)

1 cup water

1/2 cup sugar---(depends how how sweet you want your pudding to be,you can add or cut the amount of sugar)

a pinch of salt

a pinch of yellow food colouring(optional)

1 cup cream corn

**method--mix everything except cream corn in a periuk.use your hand while mixing this to make sure there are no lumps(tepung jagung mesti larut sepenuhnya).on a stove over medium api,stir constantly with a spatula/sudip until it  a little bit thicken.then kecikkan api..masukkan cream corn.then kacau lagi sampai likat dan the mixture can coat the back of the spatula.tutup api and then transfer to bekas.biarkan sejuk skit before transfer it into the fridge.bila dh beku bole la potong.lslamat mencoba.

tonite my junior invite us for a 'GER-SWE clash'dinner party.and i was enthrusted with the dessert.i have a favourite dessert for the past 2 months..it's call Mango Swirl Cake Pudding...very easy to make.tetiap kali puding sama je..mesti aa org pun dh boring kan.so i decided to make Corn Cream Pudding instead...this one pun quite easy laa...campur2 kacau je.back to the match..i bet GER will win.so what say you....

fairy tale are not just for kids..hehhehe.aper lah aku merapu nih.late yesterday noon i got a call from the company that i took the employment test(it's sucks).to be honest i didn't put too much hope of continuing to the next step:the 1st interview(they have about 4 times of interviews...crazy).the company made glove..did u ever heard about Showa Glove..the famous glove maker(as they claimed themself)?they have a factory in Perlis and R&D centre in Penang.actually i dont want to work in the northern part laa.memang la dekat ngan rumah kan..but from skolah rendah asyik dok kedah je..bosan lak.nak gak try tmpt baru kan.btw...try jelah..dpt duit for tranportation pun.job nih pun kena training kt sini gak for 1 year and then balik keje Perlis or Penang.the money is still GOOD..hehehhehe.
