dinner was at a friend home who just got married 3 months ago and his wife is finally here.it took sometimes to settle the visa and paperwork.so she only got here last week..Tuesday.they are a very cute couple.the menu was Laksa Kelantan.i love it.i love Laksa soooo much.but Laksa Kelantan have santan in it.so i prefer the good ol' Laksa Utara with that kick-ass masam and pedas.whenever i touch down in Penang.we went to eat laksa first before heading home or bought it on the way home.and Cheesecake for dessert.it's been months since the last time i baked Cheesecake.becoz 'someone' always wanted Choc cake whenever i asked:Cheesecake or Choc?

8 keping roti sandwich
marmalde
500 ml susu segar/susu cair
3 biji telur
1/3 cawan gula
1 sudu teh esen vanilla
secubit garam
1 sudu teh serbuk kulit kayu manis(optional)
kismis/campuran buah kering(optional)
Cara-cara:
Potong bahagian tepi roti dan buat buat sandwich marmalade...potong 8.
Susun sandwich marmalde yg dah di potong dalam loyang.Tabur kismis/campuran buah kering.
Campur semua bahan lain--susu,telur,gula,gar am,esen vanilla,serbuk kulit kayu manis--sampai sebati.
Curahkan ke dalam loyang berisi sandwich marmalde tadi.Biarkan selama 10-15 minit sehingga roti kembang dan menyerap semua cecair.Sesekali gunakan garfu utk menekan roti supaya bahagian di atas juga menyerap campuran susu-telur.
Bakar 180C selama 30-40 minit.Biarkan sejuk dahulu sebelum dimasukkan ke dalam petisejuk.

all i wanted to say for the Husband:the Wife cook everyday for you.and if everytime she asked 'how's the dinner?' and your answer is just OK.how the hell she gonna know that you love her cooking or not.sometime 'it tasted like mud' is better than 'OK'.we cook it for you,if you dont tell us what u like.how are we supposed to know.we'll cook for you and if you do not like it..it doesnt matter if even 100 chefs love it.all that matter is you like it.wives dont take 'OK' for her cooking from their husband.if you can't say 'IT'S DELICIOUS HONEY'..just saying 'IT TASTES LIKE MUD' and she'll love you.i'll love you.
i had a thought today.actually it's been in my head like forever.last two week on my way back home from Tokyo.a woman and a child sat next to me in the shinkansen.the child was a beautiful kid age around 3-4 yrs old with bright amber eyes and blond hair.a very beautiful kid.you can't never tell his mother is a Japanese.because in my eyes there was no Asian trait in his feature.(i just assumed the Japanese woman accompanied him was his mother.)ooking at the kid made me remember a talk i had months before with a friend.
She:i want kid but i don't want to get married.if getting married is not to him.
a man she's been dating for 3 yrs broke up with her.and it took her 2 yrs to calm down and even now she is still not over it.broke-up are painful..but for her it's hell.they still met once in a while for lunch or dinner.
back to the kids talk we had.i wanted to say to her:why dont u just find the finest man in the room..get yourself knock up and 9 mnths later..u with a beautiful child.
but that's not as simple as it seem.if you have to have a child, you want to have a child with the one,with the love of your life who you will remember and cherish till the end of your life.a child that whenever you look at him you'll remember the eyes,the nose,the lips of his father.a child that when he laugh or cry or get angry make you remember those memories you had with his father.a child when you sit at the corner of the field watching his football practise make you remember his father too used to play football and remember you cried your heart out cheering...even just in your heart.
unfortunately having a child with the love of their life is not everyone's priviledge.those who are with child.you are luckier than who spend or who will spent their life alone without the living memories of their love life.becoz memories will fade.for me...if you can't be with him.just being with a part of him is everything.
yeah FRA won the match.it will be ITA-FRA for the final.it gonna be interesting.eventhough i didn't watched the match last nite but i'll catch the match later this evening on Skyperfect's delay.who will win?this is so hard to guess.both of the team proved they deserved the final.i love both team.and with Henry in one of the team it make it more difficult for me to choose site.but i will wear the new Azzuri(i bought del Piero no.7) shirt on the final night.

another story
the interview went OK.i was interviewed by the General Manager.the moment Mr. Tetsu Kataoka stepped in the room i was...WHAT.i didnt expected that high status excecutive to handle the interview.but we disscussed more Japanese food and Malaysian food than he interviewing me.it was fun though.a very nice gentleman in his 50s.the next step will be next week if i do pass the interview.but i know my answer.i have to turn them down.and i deeply hope that the next interview with Nitto this saturday morning will go smoothly and i'll get the job.
yeay.Azzuri won.i didnt watched the match but planning to catch the delay broadcast this evening.i'm too sleepy lastnight after a 'feast' at Planet Hollywood Tokyo.we're both full like ular sawa.smpai xleh nk jln.hakhakhak.but i did watched ..like 2-3 minutes.hahahha.the first half minute 30ish.now i really have to have their fabulous shirt.eventhough it's soooo way expensive than my tops/shoes/pants from zara or gap or UCB.

i went shopping today.from shibuya to harajuku to omotesando.from zara to gap to banana republic.from shoes to tops to pants.plus my ipod nano got fixed at Apple store.im so relieved.cemana sales person kt Apple tu buat i pun tatau..kjap je.sedangkan i've been trying all night..actually all two nights.tomorrow i'm goint to UCB and gap shinjuku lak and maybe back to zara.there was a really cute puffy sleeve at zara that i liked.but quite expensive.and maybe i'll look at gap..maybe they have a nice puffy sleeve.and im searching for a no 9. italy WC jersey.td jumpa no.10 totti je.nk no.9 toni.after that no more shopping.
i've seen it on tv,in the cinema but not in real life.but lastnite it occured to me.we asked the same question at the exact same time to the same person.how weird was that.and after it there was silence.and the question left unanswered.
on the other hand,being 230km and a harpers bazaar and a quick window shopping away really keep a peaceful mind.and when u think about it again..it's completely your fault.you pushed it too much.you got to stop..because it's you who gonna get hurt.you got to go with the flow.patience is the key.
