woke up at 11 today.hik.i didnt drink warm milk as i said i would.or held my leg high.sori la Eleen..mak x larat nk sandar kt dinding.mak asyik gelak je masa buat tu.seswatu sgts.opss.i went to bed at 1130pm only to wake up at 220am & then my freaking brain did it's job.THINK till i got mad/fell asleep around 5(the last time i checked the clock..it was 440).hik.i cant control my brain.maybe i need sleeping pils to help me sleep.but i'll try Lavender under pillow tonite and sipping chamomile tea before going to bed.
