yesterday was a friends's bday.i brought a cake---Orange cake with custard & cream frosting.found an amazing recipes of crea m custard for pies.click here.i cut the sugar to half lor.hiks.and cooked it on the stove.not double boiler.but u have to stir continuosly to avoid lumps.
